Why NCURAG Exists
You have spent decades building a career, supporting a family, meeting responsibilities, and becoming the person others depend on.
But somewhere along the way, you may have started wondering: Is this all the next chapter is supposed to be?
Maybe you are successful on paper but no longer fulfilled. Maybe you are burned out, considering a career change, craving more meaningful experiences, or realizing that life has become too important to keep postponing.
You do not need to erase everything you have built. You need to use your experience, wisdom, relationships, and resilience to create what comes next—intentionally. That is why I created NCURAG.
Why this is personal to me
In 2019, I received a kidney transplant after living with Polycystic Kidney Disease. That experience changed how I think about time. It gave me a deeper appreciation for health, family, relationships, opportunities, and the gift of simply being here.
It also forced me to confront a truth many of us avoid: A second chance means very little if we return to postponing everything that matters.
That perspective shapes NCURAG. I do not believe life after 40 should be defined by decline, regret, or quietly going through the motions. I believe it can be a season of clarity, growth, meaningful adventure, and purposeful reinvention.

I'm a product leader, entrepreneur, traveler, husband, father, personal growth advocate, and founder of NCURAG. I am also The Reinvention Voice for 40+.
For more than 30 years, I have worked in the technology industry, helping organizations solve complex problems, improve customer experiences, adapt to change, and turn ideas into meaningful results. Technology taught me how quickly the world can change. Life taught me that people must be willing to change with it.
I'm not here to hand down answers from a mountaintop. I'm still building, still growing, still exploring, and still becoming—alongside the people I write for. Reinvention after 40 is not about pretending your past never happened or recklessly starting over. It is about recognizing the value of everything you have already learned—and repositioning it to build a life that fits who you are becoming.

More Than a Career
Although technology has been central to my professional life, it is only one part of who I am. I love automobiles, sports, travel, entrepreneurship, emerging technology, personal development, and experiences that bring people together.
Some of my most meaningful memories have come from road trips, family vacations, new destinations, great conversations, and moments that pulled me away from a screen and back into life. Travel has taught me that changing your surroundings can change your perspective. Personal growth has taught me that lasting change requires action. Technology has taught me to stay adaptable. Family has taught me why any of it matters.

Travel has always been one of my greatest passions. When I was presented with the opportunity to help others experience the incredible world around us, I immediately recognized the impact it could have on people's lives.
Over the years, I've had the privilege of helping individuals, couples, families, and groups create unforgettable travel experiences. From dream vacations and honeymoons to destination weddings, family reunions, girls' trips, guys' getaways, road trips, cruises, and bucket-list adventures, I've witnessed firsthand how travel creates lifelong memories and strengthens relationships.
For me, travel is about more than destinations. It's about experiences, connections, personal growth, and creating moments that people will remember for the rest of their lives. That's what inspires me and fuels my passion for NCURAG Travel.
