By accessing or using the NCURAG website (the “Site”) and any content, emails, newsletters, travel planning, or other services offered through NCURAG (collectively, the “Services”), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site or Services.

You may use the Site for lawful purposes only. You agree not to misuse the Site, attempt to gain unauthorized access to it, or interfere with its operation. NCURAG may modify or discontinue any part of the Services at any time without notice.

All content on the Site — including text, graphics, logos, blog posts, and encouragement materials — is the property of NCURAG or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, or redistribute NCURAG content without prior written permission, except for personal, non-commercial use.

NCURAG travel experiences and planning are provided in partnership with Shelton Trips and other service providers. Trip availability, pricing, and itineraries are subject to change. NCURAG is not a direct carrier or accommodation provider and is not responsible for the acts or omissions of third-party travel suppliers. Booking a trip may be subject to separate terms provided at the time of booking.

By providing your email address, you may receive NCURAG emails such as the 30 Days of Daily Encouragement series and The Ncurag Weekly. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in any email. Providing a phone number on NCURAG forms does not, by itself, enroll you in marketing text messages. Text-message subscriptions are handled separately through the NCURAG message widget, where required consent disclosures are presented before you opt in.

The Site and Services are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. Encouragement, personal growth, and lifestyle content is informational and is not professional advice (medical, legal, financial, or therapeutic). NCURAG does not guarantee any particular outcome from applying its content.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, NCURAG and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site or Services.

The Site may contain links to third-party websites. NCURAG is not responsible for the content or practices of those sites and does not endorse them.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts located in Sheridan County, Wyoming.

NCURAG may update these Terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date above reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the Site after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
